A member who applies to join this Association must meet the following requirements:
1． To support and recognize the ACM Siggraph's Rules.
2． To join the Association voluntarily , and to prepare to be dedicated to the generation and dissemination of information on computer graphics and interactive techniques.
3．To b e experts or professionals in the field of computer graphics, interactive techniques and art; to be companies/organizations or celebrities in the creative industries, including the animation/cartoon, computer game, film/TV, Internet media or advertising design fields; to be students(as student members) of the creative industries above; and to be SIGGRAPH members living in the mainland of China.
Member Category:
（一）? Individual members: workers/staff, students, lovers etc. in the field of CG.
（二）? Group members: companies, colleges, schools etc. in the field of CG.
Procedures for becoming members of the Association are as follows:
1． Apply by yourself, and complete the “Application Form” online and submit it .
2. We will exam and verify the applicants within 3 working days, and reply by mail.
3． Applicants can be a member after being approved by the Association and paying the membership fees.
4． The Association is a membership organization, and the membership fees is in accordance with that of the ACM Siggraph.
Payment:
Individual members: ￥ 245 /year, $35/year
Group members: ￥ 2000 /year, $286/year

Members' benefits:
1．To enjoy the right to vote and to stand for election;

On the retreat:
1．Join and quit the Association voluntarily
2．A member shall, before quitting this Association, notify this Association in writing and return the membership card.
3．Where a member has failed to pay the Association fee or to attend the activities of this Association for one year, he shall be deemed to have quitted this Association on his own.
4．Where a member has any act that seriously violates these Articles of Association, he shall, after being voted and adopted by the Board of Directors or the Executive Board of Directors, be imposed on a penalty of removal of his name.
